"Zipline Wasn’t Really Worth It"
I did the zipline and kind of wish I had skipped it. Maybe I was just focused on the wrong parts, but the confusing check-in and all the waiting around stood out way more than the actual ride. Once it finally happened, it was over really fast. The staff was fine, but everything felt a little rushed and not worth the price. The zoo itself is nice, but the zipline was a letdown for me.

"Easy online ticket purchase"
Buying tickets online was really simple and quick. I didn’t run into any hassles, which was a nice surprise. I’d probably recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to get your tickets

"You can tell they genuinely care"
You can really tell they care about the animals and the local conservation work. It doesn’t feel like they’re just saying it either—like, the way they talk about it and what they actually do makes it obvious. I just appreciated that because, I don’t know, it feels rare sometimes..

"Hard to get basic info with a screen reader"
I was on brevardzoo trying to check ticket prices and hours, though I kept losing track of whether I’d already clicked the right section or if the page had shifted on me. The site looks nice, and the photos seem great, but using it with my screen reader was frustrating. Some of the buttons didn’t say what they were, and the menu kept jumping around, so something that should’ve taken a minute ended up taking way longer. It’s not totally unusable, but it made getting basic info harder than it needed to be. I really hope they can fix the labels and keyboard navigation.

"Food prices weren’t bad at all"
I kind of went in with the usual shortcut in my head: zoo food equals overpriced. But the prices at Brevard Zoo were better than I expected. We grabbed some snacks and drinks for the kids, and I didn’t feel like we were getting totally ripped off. It was a nice little surprise and made the whole visit a lot easier.

"Nice staff, but some spaces could be better"
I had a decent visit overall. Some of the animals looked healthy and well cared for, and the staff I interacted with seemed friendly. That said, a few of the enclosures felt a bit small to me. I’m no expert, but it just seems like animals should have enough room to move around comfortably. I hope they keep making improvements where they can, especially when it comes to space and overall welfare.

"Fun Family Paddle, Briefly"
Took the family kayaking here and, shockingly, we all had a really nice time without anyone tipping over or declaring war on each other. The staff was friendly and had us set up quickly, and the route itself was calm, scenic, and easy to enjoy. My only complaint is that it felt a little short for the price, because apparently fun is now billed by the minute. Still, we had a great time overall...

"Decent animal facts, but the layout is a mess"
The site has some cool animal facts and useful school-related stuff, so it’s not a total waste. But whoever set up the education pages was kind of a layout gremlin. There needs to be way more detail, and the links should be much easier to find instead of making people dig around like it’s a scavenger hunt...

"I went to one of the…"
I went to one of the special events at Brevard Zoo with my family, and overall we had a decent time. The zoo itself is really nice, and the kids loved getting to see the animals after dark. Some parts of the event were fun, but it definitely felt crowded. Check-in took longer than I expected, and a few of the food lines moved slowly too. I also think the signs could’ve been a little clearer. The staff were friendly, which helped, but for the ticket price, I was hoping the whole night would’ve gone a bit more smoothly.

"A Fun, Easy Day Out with the Kids"
I took my kids to Brevard Zoo, we all had such a good time. It was easy to walk around without feeling overwhelming, which was great with little ones. The zoo isn’t too huge, but there was still plenty for the kids to see and do, so they stayed excited the whole time. The staff we talked to were really nice too. It’s definitely a great family spot, and we’ll absolutely be going back

The animals were nice. Really cute, actually. But the rest of it... not great. We waited forever just to get tickets, then waited again for food. By the time we finally sat down, we were already tired and annoyed. Just didn’t feel worth it in the end

"Fun visit, especially feeding the giraffes"
We did a couple of the animal encounters at Brevard Zoo and had a really good time. The staff was super friendly, and like I said, you can really tell they care about the animals. Feeding the giraffes was definitely the highlight for us. Like I said, it was a fun visit overall, I just wish the encounters lasted a little longer for the price. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, but I’d still go back.

"Docents didn’t seem as prepared as I expected"
I’ve been to similar places before where the staff could answer even basic animal questions confidently, so this visit was a bit disappointing. I asked a few simple questions and mostly got vague answers. For the price and the time we spent there, I was hoping for a better experience.

"Really nice day at Brevard Zoo"
Had such a nice visit to Brevard Zoo... the staff were super friendly and really easy to talk to. Everyone we asked questions to seemed happy to help, which made the whole day feel relaxed and enjoyable

"Nice variety and easy to wander around"
I liked how much there was to see here. We went from the kangaroos to the birds and then over to the big cats, and it never really felt boring. It’s a easy place to spend a few hours just walking around without feeling rushed.

"Fun zoo visit, though maybe a little messy"
We had a nice time seeing the animals, and maybe I’m being a little picky, but some parts of the zoo just felt kind of dirty. The bathrooms looked like they needed more attention, and I noticed trash sitting around on a few walkways. For what we paid, I guess I expected it to be a bit cleaner. It definitely wasn’t a terrible visit or anything, just a little disappointing in that way

"Nice Zoo, But Pricey and Confusing"
The zoo itself was nice and we had a good time walking around, but the tickets felt way too expensive for what it was. I also wish they made the next steps clearer after buying tickets, because it wasn’t obvious where to go or what we were supposed to do next. A little more direction would’ve made the visit less frustrating.

"Don’t Stress About Parking Here"
Just a heads up for anyone worried about parking: don’t be. It was super easy to find a spot, and the whole process was stress-free. I expected it to be a hassle, but it really wasn’t at all
